It's never too late to start yoga, whether you're 55 or 95. You are only as old as you feel! The body changes in the second half of life and therefore its demands. An adapted yoga practice can awaken the body's regenerative powers in a short time and lead to more vital energy, a better body feeling, and a more positive attitude to life. Together in small groups (3-8 yogis) you will do meditation and yoga - adapted to your chic age 50+!

As we age, we lose strength and elasticity. But that doesn't mean that we become less healthy. We just need to adjust our exercises to fit this unique stage we are in.

Program
A gentle awakening in a dreamy setting before breakfast. Water aerobics in the warm pool, followed by a light yoga and meditation program followed by a healthy breakfast. Then go hiking or walking on the beach. In the afternoon, relaxing in the hammocks is the order of the day. There is also a daily massage (Ayurveda, Shiatsu, sport, or Thai massage) and Reiki every second day. You will end the late afternoon with a yoga and meditation detox program. In the evening, you will be spoiled with an evening menu of the Italian style.
Daily schedule
7:00 to 7:30 am Tea and fruits
7:30 to 8:00 am Zen meditation
8:00 to 9:00 at Yoga 50+
9:30 to 10:30 at breakfast
10:30 to 11:30 at the Yoga 50+ workshop
12:00 to 16:00 pm Walking, Biking, Relaxing, Swimming, Chilean.
5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Yoga 50 + (Restorative, Yin, Therapeutic)
7:00 p.m. Dinner
Workshop: You will be talking about all issues and problems (medical, physical, psychological). And you will create the perfect program for each yogi. Explanations with PowerPoint and Personal advice.
