I offer Vinyasa Yoga flows over 90 minutes for all levels and ages. Experience for yourself the amazing physical results and mental clarity that you gain from the regular practice of Yoga.

Meditation Class
60 MINUTES
The Zen Art of hurrying slow is a “walking mediation”. In our meditation class we do learn different approaches to Meditation, calming down our daily rush and our monkey mind.
Thats our favourite. Early morning Zen Meditation on the wet grass in the huge garden of the villa. You feel yourself combined with the nature. More it is not possible.
Then the beautiful old sounds from the clock tower of Marciana Alto, a little village , just above us, let you know the time.

It's never too late to start yoga, whether you're 55 or 95. You are only as old as you feel! The body changes in the second half of life and therefore its demands. An adapted yoga practice can awaken the body's regenerative powers in a short time and lead to more vital energy, a better body feeling, and a more positive attitude to life. Together in small groups (3-8 yogis) you will do meditation and yoga - adapted to your chic age 50+!
