Yoga Class

The word vinyasa means “breath synchronised movement.”  In other words, you move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique facilitates a smooth way for the poses to run together and become like a dance.

The power incorporated in this classic vinyasa flow includes lower body balancing as well as arm balancing.  We incorporate variations of inversions, such as shoulder stands, hand stands, and much more.  Learn how to do it all.

I offer vinyasa flows over 90 minutes for all levels and ages.Experience for yourself the amazing physical results and mental clarity that you gain from the regular practice of Yoga

Meditation Class

60 Min

Thats our favourite. Early morning Zen Meditation on the wet grass in the huge garden of the villa. You feel yourself combined with the nature. More it is not possible.

Then the beautiful old sounds from the clock tower of Marciana Alto, a little village , just above us, let you know the time.

Slim & Detox Yoga Retreat

We are offering six Slim & Yin Yoga Sessions each 90 Minutes in three days. This special Yoga is focused on loosing weight and improving the shape of your body. You are toning your body as well as boost your health and your immune system. The Meditation helps to calm down your mind and getting out of stress eating for ever. With silent walks in our beautiful nature and daily swimming in the salt water helps to not only to loose some extra pounds but makes you so happy and brings so much smile on your face that you feel in love with yourself and your surrounding.

Teachers Training 1 & 2

28 Days total split into 2x two weeks

 Villa Shanti provides you a Multi-Style which is of course adapting to our further customers necessarily witch are for future Yoga Teacher the main subject. Our yoga courses allow you to enjoy a dynamic variety of styles and unique workshops which encompass aerial yoga with restorative and therapeutic Yoga. Classic Hatha Yoga, with Poweryoga and YinYoga. Meditation and Nidra Yoga. As we do have beautiful beaches we can do SUP Yoga and of course Beach Yoga. You will learn set routines with books and videos, practice teaching everyday, design original classes, create blacklight performances and fly over the ocean on some of the most beautiful beaches in Elba. You can come the whole month doing your 200 or split it in two weeks (April & September)

Students will learn postures and teach an asana practice, through a multitude of lectures, discussions, reading assignments, writing assignments, posture exploration, teaching exercises, posture sequencing, and class development.

During the 200 hours 27 days immersion yoga teacher training we establish a steady rhythm of study, classes, practice, and rest over the course of the four weeks. The foundation course is designed to establish any serious practitioner and teacher in the principles and practices of Yoga, Ayurveda, Mindfulness, Meditation, Yang & Ying styles of yoga like Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga  and Yin yoga and Therapeutic Yoga

ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY

Introduction to the anatomy of the human body as it relates to the asanas. Basic anatomy and physiology (with particular emphasis on respiration, circulation, and digestion). Explore the nervous system, the muscular-skeletal system, knee and hip joints, the pelvis, the spine, and other topics. Introduction to the subtle bodies: the yogic anatomy of chakras, nadis, and koshas, helping you to more fully understand the process and benefits of yoga. Physiological and energetic effects of asanas, pranayama, meditation and relaxation. Benefits and contra-indications for asanas (poses). Effects of structural and postural alignment on health and wellbeing. Physiological and emotional effect of stress. Principles of diet and nutrition

Reiki Treatment

40 Min

Energy healing targets the energy fields around the body witch can stagnate in the Body when there has been physical injury or emotional pain. It gives the mind the chance to relax and repair itself. While the practitioner holds their hands lightly on or over the body, the transfer of energy takes place. During Reiki Treatments people report a number of different sensations. Some people feel a sense of relaxation, others note the sensations of warmth and tingling. Reiki has been reported to dramatically reduce the perception of pain and chronic illness and bringing you back to optimal health. Good as well to loose weight or get rid of any kind of addictions.


Teachers Training Reiki 2

5 Days

Reiki Second Degree provides powerful healing tools for those who want to take responsibility for their lives, enabling them to heal themselves and situations. Okuden brings a deeper understanding of the Reiki energies, increasing the student’s connection to the Higher Self and Universal Healing Field, thus magnifying the student’s healing potential. This is practitioner level and gives the student core tools to work with in their healing role. Practitioners can “send” healing to people, places and situations, cleanse spaces energetically, and work powerfully on the subtle bodies to facilitate much deeper healings for themselves and their clients.

Teachers Training Reiki 1

5 Days

Becoming a Reiki healer will give you the ability heal others and yourself. In addition to its practical applications, Reiki is an entire spiritual path into itself and a powerful vehicle for self- development.
Every time you give a treatment, energy flows through you to the recipient, creating a cycle of giving and receiving. As a healer, you will become more sensitive to your own energy, the energy of others and the surrounding environment. You will also develop a strong intuition and clarity, creating a closer connection with your own inner strength and spirit.

Aerial Yoga

6 Days

When you’re suspended in the swing, typical yoga poses become easier and more comfortable to achieve. You’ll be able to stretch further, which is great for relieving compressed joints and correcting muscle imbalances. You’ll also gain greater flexibility, better traction of the spine, and improve your circulation through a series of well supported grounded and hanging poses.

Our yoga course allows you to enjoy a dynamic variety of styles and unique workshops which encompass aerial yoga,  hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, injury treatment and  choreography. You will learn set routines with books and videos, practice teaching everyday and design original classes.
